Find your fix

Tell us where it hurts.

Tap a body region and we'll show you what a Seacoast assessment for that area actually looks at. Your diagnosis comes from the examination, not from this page.

Anatomical figure with selectable body regions

Selected region

Low back, pelvis & core

Low-back pain ranges from a local joint or muscle problem to nerve involvement, and the difference changes the plan.

What we assess at your visit

  • Lumbar movement response and what eases it
  • Strength, reflex, and sensation when nerve symptoms are present
  • Hip and trunk contribution, and your daily loading pattern

A diagnosis comes from an in-person examination, not from a web page. Bring the problem in and a provider will tell you what is going on.

Good to know

Questions, answered.

Still wondering something? Call us. We're happy to help before you book.

Do I need a referral to be seen?+

In most cases, no. New Hampshire allows direct access to chiropractic and physical therapy, so you can book with our providers directly. We'll help you understand what your specific plan requires.

Do you take insurance?+

We work with many major insurance plans. Contact either clinic before your first visit and our team will verify your benefits so there are no surprises.

What happens at my first visit?+

A thorough evaluation to diagnose the injury and understand the underlying cause, followed by a personalized treatment plan. Hands-on care often begins the same day.

Do you only treat athletes?+

Not at all. At any age and any state of health, our goal is to help you feel better and perform better. Most of our patients are everyday people with pain that's limiting their life.

Where are your clinics?+

We have two New Hampshire locations: Portsmouth on the Seacoast and Alton in the Lakes Region. Both are staffed by our team of chiropractic doctors and doctors of physical therapy.

Ready to feel better and perform better?
