Personal philosophy
Dr. Lovelace hopes to use her chiropractic and sports medicine training, along with her athletic experiences and biomechanical knowledge of the human body, to help her patients reach their full athletic potential and improve their quality of life. She recognizes the difference chiropractic care made in her own athletic performance, and intends to help others do the same.
She uses a variety of techniques toward that end, including chiropractic manipulative therapy, physical therapy modalities, Graston Technique, soft tissue massage, kinesiology taping, nutritional support, and rehabilitative exercise. When it will help a patient reach their goals, Dr. Lovelace refers out for other services: the patient's health care goals come first.
