Special Interests
Growing up in the small town of Newmarket, Kaitlyn enjoyed the many outdoor activities that New Hampshire offers: kayaking in the Lamprey River, hiking the White Mountains and camping. While residing in Connecticut she picked up running and Disc Golf. On the weekends, you may find Kaitlyn running for fun or at a local 5k. Kaitlyn also enjoys the practice of yoga and Reiki in her daily life; trying to incorporate this into her physical therapy treatments when appropriate helps to create a well-balanced program for her patients.
Personal Philosophy
Dr. Ivanov, along with her colleagues at Seacoast Spine and Sport Injuries, believes that health is a team effort that requires a unique combination of approaches to maintain. Treatment consists of evidence-based techniques and empowering patients through education in order to maximize performance, prevent future injury, and promote overall wellness. One on one patient care is one of the many differences between conventional physical therapy and what you will receive at our clinics. Dr. Ivanov looks forward to taking the time necessary to evaluate your condition and provide an individualized treatment plan to get you back to all the things you love and more.
